Three major technology boosts upgrade

The top priority of the agricultural machinery industry in 2016 is undoubtedly the promotion and application of the national agricultural machinery products. Recently, at the “2016 National Agricultural Machinery Promotion and Application Activity” held in Fuyang, Anhui Province, the 10 national three-horsepower tractors exhibited by China have been eye-catching. "Upgrading of agricultural machinery emission standards is a world trend, and it is also the only way for China's agricultural machinery industry to upgrade. The national three standards are not the ultimate goal of agricultural machinery development, and will implement the national four or higher emission standards in the future." Wang Yijun, deputy general manager of China Yituo accepts The reporter said in an interview.

Power shift technology is called "automatic gear" in tractors and is a technological revolution. Ning Xuegui, deputy secretary-general of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, introduced that power shifting technology has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of operation, reduced operational difficulty and labor intensity, and reduced fuel consumption. At present, power shift tractors have achieved mass production in China. Compared with conventional models, the operating efficiency has increased by 40% and the average energy saving has been 30%.

According to the 2016-2021 China tractor tool industry operation situation and investment strategy research report, in the recent “Twelfth Five-Year” Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition held in Beijing, China’s one-to-one 400-horsepower continuously variable heavy-duty wheeled tractor was unveiled. It represents the highest technical level of domestically produced tractors, and is especially suitable for heavy-duty operations such as ploughing, hoeing and duplex operations on large farms, but it takes 3 to 5 years to achieve industrial production.

Wang Kejun believes that power shifting and stepless speed change represent the direction of tractor technology development. Power shift tractors are the main products of the world's tractors. In the future, continuously variable speed tractors will gradually replace power shift tractors as leading products. The mass production of power-shift tractors and the development of continuously variable-speed tractors have broken the monopoly of foreign technology and accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading of China's agricultural machinery industry, which will drive a group of domestic agricultural machinery enterprises to actively develop new products.

Cultivate high-end agricultural machinery market

The shortage of low-end products and the lack of high-end supply are the prominent problems facing the tractor industry in China. Wang Kejun believes that the development trend of domestic tractors in the future is: the power is shifted from mechanical shifting to power shifting and stepless speed change, and the emission is upgraded to the national three, the national four or even higher standards, and the control develops toward the intelligent direction. However, the formation of the high-end tractor market will take time, and the development of rural reform and fine agricultural development will gradually open up the market.

Affected by factors such as insufficient market demand and adjustment of agricultural policies, the growth rate of the domestic tractor industry has declined in recent years, but the high-power tractor market has performed well. In the first half of this year, the output of tractors in the 130-140 horsepower segment increased by more than 57%, and the output of tractors above 150 horsepower also showed a large increase. With the development of modern agriculture, the demand for operations such as deep ploughing, deep loosening, and straw returning to the field is growing, and domestic high-end tractors will have more room for development. However, the power shift tractor is about 100,000 yuan higher than the same type of ordinary tractor, which affects farmers' willingness to purchase. The agricultural machinery promotion department and users hope that the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy can tilt to the domestic power shift tractor.

The reporter learned in the interview that agricultural machinery manufacturers are now worried about whether high-end high-powered tractors can be accepted by users. Liu Huaihong, president of Zhenhong Agricultural Machinery Cooperative, Yinzhou District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, said that it was said that Guosan tractor had high requirements on oil quality, difficult service, difficult to buy parts and high sales price. This year, the cooperative purchased several national three-horsepower tractors, which are highly efficient, easier to work and easier to maintain. In the past, the failure of agricultural machinery relied mainly on experience testing. The three tractors can carry out intelligent detection and remote diagnosis to accurately find the fault point. He said that this year he also plans to purchase several national three-horsepower tractors.

Make the most of global resources

Power shifting and continuously variable tractors are already very mature mainstream products in developed countries, and the gap between China and China is at least 10 years. The domestic R&D and manufacturing technology of high-end tractors has made remarkable progress, but the key core technologies and parts and components are still very backward. The gearbox design, manufacturing technology and key component technology have not yet been mastered, and it still needs to rely on foreign countries.

Experts believe that to shorten the gap, domestic tractor manufacturers need to go out bravely, integrate global agricultural machinery resources through international operations, establish R&D centers in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, and use integrated technology to integrate innovation and break through high-end smart tractors. Bottlenecks in the development of manufacturing technology.

China’s first drag is the earliest example of “going out”. In 2011, China Yituo acquired a French factory owned by the Italian ARGO Group and established a research and development center. In September 2013, Yituo's power-shifting heavy-duty tractors with completely independent intellectual property rights were off the assembly line, ending the monopoly of international giants. At present, China's one-wheel power shift technology has been applied to 80 to 400 horsepower tractors. After a delay, large-scale agricultural machinery manufacturers such as Lovol Heavy Industries and Zoomlion also went out. The power-shifting tractor released by Zoomlion in 2014 integrates R&D resources in North America and Europe; the Lovol-Apos power-shift tractor launched by Lovol Heavy Industries this year uses the latest electronic control system designed in Europe.
